I’m Incredibly proud to announce that i have qualified Team GB a place for the 2016 Olympics!
After a steady prelim, planting two clean routines i qualified for finals in 8th position. Thus qualifying Team GB the spot for the 2016 Olympic Games!
First up in the finals i was focused and determined to put out a strong routine, and that i did. Managing to move up four places in the final to finish just outside the medals in 4th!
Training is all done here at the 2016 Olympic test event! Feeling good & Ready to rock and roll in the prelims later this evening. I compete in the first mens group at 16:50 Rio, Brazil time. Which is 20:50PM UK time. Thanks everyone for all of your support – you’re awesome.
Im extremely pleased to announce that i have been selected to represent GB at the 2016 Olympic Test Event held in Rio, Brazil !
After i qualified GB the Olympic test event spot last year at the 2015 world championships in Odense, Denmark.
It’s been my goal to secure said spot, and compete to gain GB a place for the Olympics.
This year has already been a year to remember, posting new PB’s and setting new British Records.
Also winning Bronze in the European Championships has given me a boost in confidence leading into the Olympic Test Event which takes place April 16th-24th!
