7th place at the 2015 Aalsmeer Cup!

A strong prelim score placed me comfortably into the finals, with two clean routines as set out.
But an unfortunate error in the finals saw me Finnish in 7th place.
Looking forward to getting back in the gym, and work on the points of improvement highlighted here in Aalsmeer.
just about to head off and explore the sights in Amsterdam, which is about a 30 minute car journey from Aalsmeer.

Pre-Comp Training Complete & Ready To Go!

The time has now come for my first competition of the 2015 season!

The Aalsmeer Flower Cup in Holland

Training has been improving steadily & I’m feeling confident going into this friendly International. As far as my goals for this competition go; quite simply to put down three clean routines to kick the year off on a positive & set a baseline to improve upon.

We (Team OLGA) fly out to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol tomorrow afternoon & have training at the competition venue in Aalsmeer in the evening. Then Saturday is competition day!
If you fancy watching the competition there is a link below.
Pre-Comp training complete ! Ready to get out there now! Flying to Holland on Friday & Compete Saturday. Let's Gooooo

Training’s on the UP with two new PB’s last week! 2 weeks from Aalsmeer Flowers Cup

Training Update :

there’s around two weeks until my first competition of the year! – The Aalsmeer Flowercup, & training is flying!
Confidence is building, and the training atmosphere in the gym is great.
we’re all pushing each other on & the results are showing. I achieved
two new PB’s last week, which is very encouraging.

There are three competitors representing O.L.G.A Poole at the Aalsmeer Flowers Cup:
Lewis Bartlett, Kayvon Arasteh & Myself.
(with coaches Brian Camp & Sharon wood) Nigel Rendell sadly cannot attend due to covering coaching whilst we’re away.
with two weeks until we leave for Amsterdam motivation is high & feeling good leading into this week.

Successful Championship to end 2014 Competition Season!

16/11/2014

Last weekend was very successful at the South West Trampoline championship, claiming the over 18 & Senior Men’s Title. As well as a special award for the highest Execution score out of all competitors. It was brilliant to share the stage with some of the south’s up and coming juniors. Now the last competition of the year is done, I’m really looking forward to next year & the training plans that are in place. Thanks everyone for all of your support though my recovery this year.
